Delivery Policy
Ensuring customer satisfaction has always been and remains our top priority. We make every effort to ensure that each order is delivered safely, on time, and under clearly defined pricing conditions.
Our team monitors shipments at every stage — from dispatch to successful delivery to the customer. Our goal is to build long-term trust and ensure full transparency in the delivery process.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends and public holidays.
During periods of increased warehouse activity, order fulfillment may be extended by several business days. In case of significant delays, the customer will be promptly informed via email or phone.
Delivery Time
We deliver from the USA to Poland using reputable courier companies such as FedEx, DHL, AEC Parcel Service, and other logistics operators.
Standard delivery time for courier shipments from the USA to Poland is 8–10 business days.
For oversized or heavy products — such as roof tents, awnings, drawer systems, or loading platforms — sea transport may be used. In such cases, delivery time is 30–45 business days.
Fees and Delivery Costs
The total order value is calculated on the checkout page and depends on the weight, dimensions of the products, and the chosen delivery method.
Important: The product price includes all applicable taxes, duties, customs clearance, and intermediary costs. This means the customer does not incur any additional charges upon receiving the shipment.
All prices displayed in the store are final and cover the full import of goods into Poland.
Pre-orders
For orders including temporarily unavailable products or items planned for future release, the estimated shipping time provided during checkout may change.
In such cases, we recommend contacting our manager, who will provide the exact and updated delivery timeframe.
Undeliverable Shipments and Returns
Once logistical and formal procedures are completed, the shipment is handed over to the courier, who contacts the customer to arrange the delivery time.
Since all taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees are included in the product price, the customer is not required to make any additional payments upon receipt of the shipment.
In case of refusal to accept the shipment or lack of contact with the recipient, refunds are processed according to the return policy available at www.4x4line.eu.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a product return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the value of the returned products.
Non-returnable products or shipments not returned to the warehouse are not eligible for a refund.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking number information and courier contact details are sent via email after the order is dispatched.
Customers can track their shipment using the order number on the dedicated tracking page or through the courier's system.
