Return Policy

Our company is responsible for the quality of the products sold and is ready to refund the cost of defective goods within the warranty period. Products are accepted for return if they have obvious defects, i.e., if the defect can be visually identified.

Return Conditions

Shipments can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used and is in the condition in which it was purchased.
  • Less than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and presentation are preserved.
  • No traces of oil, grease, fuel, or installation marks.

Important: Failure to meet these requirements may result in the refusal of the return by the seller.

Shipping Costs

If the seller ships the wrong product or the product does not match the description on the website, the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.

If the return is due to the customer's decision and not the seller’s fault, the customer covers the return shipping and any associated costs.

Return of Installed Parts

If a defect is detected after installation in a vehicle, replacement parts are accepted for return only upon submission of the following documents:

  • Service invoice showing vehicle and repair information.
  • Service station complaint report indicating the cause of the defect.

Return Process

To efficiently process a return, follow these instructions:

  • Notify our support representative by e-mail at: 4x4line.sales@gmail.com, describing the defect, issue, or reason for the return.
  • Within 1–2 days you will receive a return confirmation from our manager.
  • After confirmation by the manager, send the product to the address below.
  • After shipping the package, please provide the tracking number via e-mail.

Upon receipt, the product will be checked against the return request. The customer will be informed of any discrepancies between the returned product and the details provided in the return request.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If the item has left our warehouse, wait until it is delivered before organizing the return. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of the return.

Once approved, funds will be refunded automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card operator may take some additional time.
